Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
ESPA Lab India Pvt. Ltd. provides CDU ERP services, including CDU School ERP and Liquor ERP. This policy explains what information these services process, how it is used, and the choices available to users. The sections below describe the information relevant to each service; the Liquor ERP section applies to the Liquor ERP mobile application listed on Google Play.
1. Liquor ERP Mobile App
Liquor ERP is a business-management tool for authorized liquor-business owners and staff. It is used to manage business inventory and transactions. It is not a consumer app for ordering or delivering alcohol.
Information processed
- Business code, user name, account role and authentication information used to sign in.
- Business and inventory records, including item names, product identifiers/GTINs, and QR Product IDs.
- Business records entered or viewed in the app, such as sales, sale returns, receipts, purchases, parties, expenses and payment amounts, according to the signed-in user's access.
- Technical information needed to authenticate requests and operate the app and its services.
Camera and QR scanning
The app requests camera access when a user chooses to scan a product QR code. The camera is used to read the QR value for the selected inventory item. The app does not save scanned camera images or videos as business records. After a scan, the decoded product identifier and selected item identifier are sent to CDU ERP over HTTPS and, when the save succeeds, stored in that business's inventory record. Camera access is not needed for the app's other functions and can be denied in Android settings; QR scanning will then be unavailable.
Sign-in and storage
To keep a user signed in between app launches, the app stores the business code, user name and password in the device operating system's secure storage. These credentials are sent over HTTPS to authenticate with CDU ERP. Signing out removes the saved sign-in details from the app's secure storage. Business records are stored by the CDU ERP service and are available to authorized users of that business.
2. CDU School ERP
Depending on the services a school uses, CDU School ERP may process student, parent or guardian, teacher and staff details; contact information; attendance; academic and examination records; fee records; and other school-administration information. Login and technical information needed to authenticate users and operate the service may also be processed.
School information is used to provide the school's authorized management, attendance, fee, examination, payroll and related services. Access is controlled according to the user's school, role and permissions. Schools manage their records and should ensure that information is entered and accessed only for authorized school purposes.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure and support the relevant CDU ERP service; authenticate users; perform the features requested by the business or school; respond to support requests; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use Liquor ERP QR scans to create consumer advertising profiles.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that host or support CDU ERP, by authorized users of the relevant business or school, or where disclosure is required by law. Service providers may process information only as needed to provide or support the service.
5. Data Security
Data sent between the app and CDU ERP is transmitted over HTTPS. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. Users should keep their sign-in details confidential and promptly contact us if they suspect unauthorized access.
6. Retention, Correction and Deletion
Business and school records are retained while needed to provide the service and for applicable operational, accounting or legal requirements. A business owner or school administrator can request access, correction or deletion of its records by contacting us. Requests are handled subject to the account owner's authority and any applicable record-retention obligations. Individual app users can ask their business administrator to remove or update their access. Users can also sign out and uninstall the mobile app to remove its local app data; server-side business records are not deleted merely by uninstalling the app.
7. Children's Information
The Liquor ERP mobile app is intended for business users and is not directed to children. CDU School ERP may process student information, including children's information, on behalf of schools for school-administration purposes. Schools control that information and should use the service in accordance with applicable requirements.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our services, data practices or legal requirements change. The latest version and its update date will be published on this page.
